Today was our 4th week of teaching practice and thus we entered into the second month of teaching practice that is July 2023. On 03/07/2023  I had a class for 8th standard were I taught them about Forces. Our optional teacher came for class observation on that day. The topic that I took was about contact and non contact forces. Various activities and aids were provided during the class. The class was successful and teacher was satisfied with my class On 04/07/2023 I had 2 periods each for class 8 and 9. The first period was for class 8 where the topic discussed was about Thickness of paper, length of curved wire etc.. The next period was for class 9 where the topic valency was taught to them. Valency and ideas to draw the electron dot structure was also taught to them. On 05/07/2023 I had 2 periods for class 8 and 9. 19/06/2023 to 24/05/2023 This was our second week of teaching practice. I had no period on Monday  On 20/06/2023 Tuesday I had 2 periods. Both was for class 8. During the first period Uniform and Non uniform motion was taught to them using Concept attainment model by using various negative and positive examples. During the next period Uniform and Non uniform velocity was taught to them by providing with real life examples and activity cards  On 21/06/2023 Wednesday I had an hour for class 9, where I used Advance Organiser model to teach them about chemical bonding . On 22/06/2023 I had 2 classes for both class 9 and 8th. The first class was for Class 9,  where I taught about different types of covalent bond using Think Pair and share learning strategy. During the next period for class 8 I had to teach the topic acceleration using various phenomenon on real life. Today was the inaugration of Kadholsav for pre-primary students. The ceremony was inaugrated by Srimati Durga Manoj. Students along with their parents actively participated in this function by telling stories, dancing, reciting poems etc.

 

 A few of our students from High school section was selected to demonstrate experiments from Chemistry textbook for Victers Channel Study program. The shooting for that was scheduled today. Selected students from class 8,9 and 10 along with us and Preetha tr actively participated in this program. 

Basheer was celebrated in our school.  Students came up with a role plays and narration of stories done by Muhammad Basheer.

This was our third week of teaching practice from 26/06/2023 to 30/06/2023. This week I only had one period since a lot of extra activities took place during my periods and there were holidays too. On 26/06/2023 I got a period for class 8 where I began teaching them a new chapter "Units and Measurement" The basic concepts of Units and Measurement was taught to them during this class
